5. Text Messaging (SMS) Terms

Bellasee™ (West Virginia Cornea and Cataract Center of Excellence) may send text messages to patients who opt in, such as appointment reminders and confirmations, scheduling, care instructions, billing notices, and replies to patient questions. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. You may also call us at (304) 721-4003.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with, sold to, or rented to any third party. Information may be shared only with subcontractors that help us deliver messages, such as our phone and messaging provider, and only for that purpose.
